The preservation of culture has long been a cornerstone for communities in Northern Kenya, even as modern influences continue to reshape contemporary life. The Nomadic Arts Festival 2024 embraces this spirit by offering a unique celebration of cultural continuity through music and performance. The festival will take place on December 6th, 2024, at the Chandaria Auditorium, Oshwal Centre in Westlands, with doors opening at 5 PM. The lineup features the soulful sounds of Turkana Sessions alongside the Rhythm Section, creating a rich musical foundation for the evening. Audiences will also be treated to performances from pop icon Sanaipei Tande, Samburu-raised artist Lemarti, and other dynamic acts such as Dylan-S, Akidah, Natiir, and Nectar Boy. Together, these performers will weave a powerful showcase of Northern Kenya’s diverse sounds, stories, and cultural heritage.
