“The Flyest Wedding in Africa” is a vibrant, visually striking project celebrating African identity, created by Content House, a collective of writers, artists, and filmmakers in an arts exchange programme in Turkana. At its core is a fictional narrative following Picha Marangi, a photographer from Kibera, and Elizabeth Korikel, a translator and beading artist, whose shared love for bold aesthetics sparks both a relationship and creative partnership. Their story culminates in a symbolic wedding, expressed through vibrant looks that blend beadwork with redesigned thrift fashion.
